About the Company:
Expanding, forward-thinking and team-oriented, a multi-billion pound global freight forwarding business is actively recruiting for an Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team. With 350 offices worldwide, this role will see you working in their purpose-built offices and playing a vital part within their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Logging & preparing files for Import
2. Receiving documents
3. Processing shipments
4. Monitoring shipments
5. Invoicing
Qualifications:
The successful Ocean Export Coordinator will need to have an administrative or customer service background, be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs, and be confident in picking up new packages. Current CRM system experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with export administration, ocean export coordination, freight, or customer service experience.
Work Environment:
This role will be within an office of 50 to 80 employees, in a personable team of 4, with full support from experienced ocean freight individuals and a direct line manager who has a career background in freight forwarding.
