Job Duties
* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and grow the client base
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
* Identify business opportunities and market trends in the recruitment industry
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client needs
* Provide regular reports on business development activities
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in business development within the recruitment industry
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business development role within recruitment
Knowledge And Skills
* Understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends
* Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
* Ability to analyse data and market information
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certification in business development or related field
* Experience working in the East Midlands region
Working Conditions
This role may require travel to meet with clients. Standard office hours apply with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate client meetings outside of normal hours.
