We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our team in Glenrothes, Fife. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
* Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
* Comply with health and safety regulations, including food service and catering guidelines
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
* Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Additional Information
This is a 6 month position - but could become a permanent position for the right candidate
Please note that the site will be closed for 2 weeks at Christmas - these would be unpaid as holiday leave would not have been accrued given the start date
