Our client, established for over 50 years, has an exciting new role within their team as a Sales Support to the Coordinators.
The company boasts an impressive catalogue of products and systems in a variety of manufacturing industries.
Reporting to the Sales team, the role of Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders (using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately.
This includes high volume order processing, dealing with customers via phone/email, and resolving order queries.
Experience of using SAP/ERP would be a distinct advantage.
To be successful, we are looking for applicants who have:
1. Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining work quality
4. Commercially aware with sound commercial acumen
5. Team player who can assist with Admin support where necessary
