The role: This role will have a huge impact on a fast growing renewable energy business.
Whoever joins the team will build the lifecycle and automation capability from the ground up and potentially unlock large carbon savings while driving £millions in revenue.
Recent private equity investment is now fueling our latest round of growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a CRM/lifecycle manager: a huge customer and lead database in the hundreds of thousands; strong reviews and customer advocacy; and innovative complimentary products which can be cross-sold to previous customers.

Key tasks: Automation strategy : identify business opportunities and a plan to unlock them using marketing nurture and automation techniques.
Lead nurture and segmentation : identify key marketing touch points and customer segments and create effective automated journeys to increase the likelihood of those leads progressing in the purchase funnel.
A/B testing : create and execute a comprehensive test and learn plan to continually enhance these customer journeys.
Setup and CRM management : work with product, development and IT teams to enhance the setup of our CRM tool, Hubspot.
Additional tasks: Design support: oversee creative work from our in-house agency team and recommend tests and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of your campaigns.
Reporting : track and analyse KPIs for all automated campaigns to demonstrate value added to the business, optimise performance, and report back to the wider business.
Collaboration : work closely with sales, product and other stakeholders to ensure automation work aligns with broader business objectives.
Compliance: ensure all automated marketing activities apply with regulations like GDPR and FCA guidelines, and oversee data management processes as part of this.
Essential skills: Proven experience in marketing automation, especially email, with demonstrable examples of adding value to the customer journey Strong planning skills, with the ability to create long term success while balancing delivery to short term requirements.
