Position Conferma is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage our Issuing Partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and ambitious Account Manager, capable of working collaboratively and leading relationships on behalf of the company by developing plans which nurture, optimise and expand our issuing relationships to deliver tangible mutual benefit.

Requirements Strategic Account Manager will: Build, manage and maintain relationships with Strategic Clients: Understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting and Planning: Run Strategic Account Planning Workshops and QBRs.
Build Account Plans and develop Partnership Plans which are anchored in the Customer Strategy, track KPIs and deliver clear ROI to the Partnership.
Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, with a focus on sustainable growth Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer within the Conferma organisation.
Collaborating with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure service excellence.
You have: A proven experience in Account Management, with a track record of delivering business growth on behalf of the partnership Experience within the Commercial Cards sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaborate across an international cross-functional team and functions.
You are: An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity.
Compensation: Salary and Bonus dependent on experience and skills.
Location: Hybrid with easy access to London based customers.
