Key attributes/experience:
* Lead complex cases involving disabilities, older persons, and challenging behaviors.
* Supervise staff on safeguarding, substance misuse, and related issues.
* Ensure compliance with Care Act, MCA, and DoLS.
* Drive person-centred care and advocacy.
* Facilitate MDT collaboration and service integration.
* Manage and improve reablement services.
* Provide staff training and support.
* Oversee risk management and safeguarding.
