Field Sales - Appointments
Location: Fife and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,000 rising to £32,000 after 6 months OTE uncapped £75k, and Car Allowance
My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Executive working in the Fife location. They are looking for someone with previous experience of building a sales pipeline and managing over 100 active accounts. You will be working out in the field actively, selling into a new and existing portfolio of business accounts. You'll grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities offering more solutions to help your customers grow.
My client is a leading provider in their sector, with operations covering the whole of the UK and several European countries, in addition to Canada and the USA. The current account managers are all 100% over target, earning between £75k - £100k in commission along with basic and residuals.
The Role of the Account Manager:
1. Cold calling businesses to pipeline new business connections
2. Booking appointments to grow and retain your customers
3. Converting appointments into sales
4. Building fantastic relationships with your customers
5. Managing your sales pipeline
6. Planning your daily journey to cover your existing customers
7. Reporting daily activity
Experience Required for the Account Manager Role:
1. Two years proven field sales, account management, business development, or sales experience
2. Experience of driving revenue, growth, and retention
3. Must have a UK Driving Licence
4. Ability to understand and use sales-related IT systems (Salesforce.com) effectively to manage activities and pipelines
5. Strong skills in building relationships, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
