Site Engineering Manager - The Role:
1. Ensures that the customer commercial contract support requirements are met to an excellent standard.
2. Provide support services through the on-site team of engineers and other departments of the company as applicable.
3. Ensure that maintenance activities are duly planned, actioned, reported, and recorded in the CMMS.
4. To ensure that the preparation and maintenance takes place of quality assurance records, H&S records, inspections, and training.
5. To ensure training to the required company standard is provided to all staff and to maintain and develop relevant skill levels.
6. The achievement of site financial targets and budgets.
7. To provide effective feedback to the General Manager and other Senior Managers.
8. Have good man management skills, to enhance the team capabilities.
9. Responsible for H&S adherence and monitoring.
10. Demonstrate team leadership in line with the company values.
11. Liaising with customers and Shift Managers regularly.
Site Engineering Manager - The Person:
1. Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline preferred.
2. Leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
3. Experience of Warehouse Management Systems preferable.
4. Experience of Automation and control systems reporting tools.
5. Planning and scheduling work.
6. Customer-facing skills and good communicator.
7. Familiar with CMMS systems.
8. Good analytical mindset to investigate system underperformance.
9. Ability to communicate to the customer on a daily basis.
10. Tenacity to deliver first-class solutions to challenges.
This role provides flexible working hours, days only.
Located in Nottinghamshire, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Lincoln, Mansfield, and surrounding areas.
