About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment function by identifying and sourcing top talent across various sectors to join National Business Communications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company is attracting the best candidates for its rapidly expanding teams, especially in sales and business development.
This is a fast-paced and exciting role suited to individuals with a passion for recruitment, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to develop strong candidate pipelines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the company’s recruitment needs and identify the right talent to help meet our business objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Proactively source, identify, and screen candidates for roles across the company, focusing on sales, business development, and customer service positions.
* Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to build a candidate pipeline.
* Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support with talent acquisition strategies.
* Manage the recruitment database, ensuring that candidate information is accurate and up to date.
* Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage, including scheduling interviews and handling offer negotiations.
* Ensure recruitment KPIs and targets are met, such as number of candidates sourced, interviews arranged, and offers made.
