Manage relationship for UCC with strategic customers across the Centre & South of UK. Nurture and develop these business relationships to retain and grow our existing contracted technical market share.
The Role
* Deliver the sales and profit targets whilst delivering on coffee quality in line with UCC and customer standards.
* Maintain an up to date contact matrix for all customer key contacts across a defined geography.
* Meet regularly with franchisee groups and key operational contacts, manage meeting process and keep minutes to create a record of account progress.
* Have a complete understanding of all the sales, business development and sales support opportunities within this group of customers including payment terms.
* Review regularly, in conjunction with the relevant customer contacts, the equipment, training and service needs of each franchisee by restaurant.
* Identify and exploit equipment sales opportunities across a defined customer base.
* Work collaboratively and proactively with internal service teams and external parties to plan and execute all equipment installs ensuring optimal results.
* Work collaboratively and proactively with internal service teams, customer liaison and planning to manage service escalations to a harmonious conclusion, ensuring active communication with the customer throughout.
* Maintain and manage franchisee scorecards to ensure that during the franchisee review meetings a full equipment/capacity investment appraisal is available.
* Analyse service reports for high reactive call sites formulating an action plan in conjunction with senior technical, service and training teams.
* Attend quarterly service review meetings with customer and key customer events.
* Support deployment of all equipment and recipe initiatives.
* Facilitate meetings with Key Franchisee groups, organising training/coffee immersion sessions in collaboration with training team/coffee specialists.
