In the heart of Enfield, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is on the hunt for a Geography Teacher / Geography ECT for a January 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
2. Working alongside a team of fantastic Secondary Teachers
3. TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
4. ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more
5. January 2025 start - Full Time & Permanent
6. MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
7. Located in the Borough of Enfield
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
2. Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
3. Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
4. You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
5. Must be willing to listen to feedback
