Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time only plus inset days (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: Grade B - £25,136 - £27,398
Actual Starting Salary: £21,523 per annum
Bristol Metropolitan Academy are looking for an Art Technician to join our supportive and talented team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.This role is offered on a part time basis working 22.5 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Hours of work can be discussed at interview. Bristol Metropolitan Academy (Bristol Met) is an over-subscribed secondary school based in Fishponds, Bristol. What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for an Art Technician who will support with the practical and technical aspects of the art curriculum. They will prepare, provide, maintain and manage the necessary resources and information required to enable healthy, safe and engaging practical activities to be undertaken by staff and students. They will ensure that Consortium of Local Education Authorities for the Provision of Science Services (CLEAPSS) guidelines and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations are adhered to at all times.
