About the Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity. Your duties will include: Personal care and support. Preparing nutritious meals. Administering medication. Accompanying clients on shopping trips, appointments, or social outings. Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful activities. Our visiting carers typically complete 10-15 visits a day, ensuring each client receives the care they need. Who Are We Looking For?
