* Rotating between HTT base, ICAH base, the inpatient wards in Goodmayes as an HTT liaison to facilitate early discharges and some night shifts at local A&E's (Covering sickness absence and annual leave) as part of the gate keeping responsibility
* Shift co-ordination during the day, allocating responsibilities and dealing with emergencies at base
HTT is a 24hrs service therefore the post holder is required to work week days and weekend days. There might be a time you are asked to cover night shifts when staff are off sick and when they are away on annual leave. A valid driving licence and Car are essential to this role.
The candidate must have extensive experience in assessments of patients in crisis and formulating a plan in line with the assessment outcome. The candidate will be expected to drive to different locations in Redbridge to assess patients and administer medications. A driving licence and car are essential to the role.
This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436)., £37,338 to £44,962 a year pa pro rata (plus HCAS)
