You will be responsible for managing and supporting management of a Portfolio of some of the largest and most complex Infrastructure and Regeneration housing led loans, the Manager, Portfolio Management will play a critical role in client relationship management ensuring strong credit stewardship across your portfolio. Job description The role will require strong organisational skills and the ability to proactively manage a portfolio of loans, supporting and ensuring that homes and funding are delivered and ultimately recovered, across a Portfolio of Infrastructure loans across England. You will be: Part of a team of experienced funding specialists based across the Country managing the Agencys portfolio of infrastructure loans Engaging with Master Developers, Landowners and the wider house building sector to proactively manage risk and the ongoing deployment and recovery of infrastructure loans Managing internal and external stakeholders Working alongside and supporting Senior Managers in the team in their day to day roles including the management of complex and high value Infrastructure Loans The team works in a collaborative/flexible way and has a culture that values diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making and problem solving. Person specification Youll be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way. From a banking, surveying, finance, development or risk background you'll be experienced in managing and assessing portfolios of complex real estate and infrastructure finance facilities You have a focus on delivering results You will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You are able to build good working relationships with a range of key partners and stakeholders Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Portfolio Management team.
