Title: Helpdesk/ Contract Support
Pay rate: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay, salary £25,000-£28,000
Location: Nottingham, NG80 1ZZ
Contract: Temp to perm, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
1. Providing support to the client and answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
2. Determining the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
3. Raising and assigning work orders to relevant resources
4. Ensuring works are scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and updating clients CAFM system
5. Reviewing all sub-contractor submitted paperwork to ensure management of CAFM
6. Supporting with managing the supply chain and driving them to attend within required SLA's
