Job Title: New Business Development Executive
Location: UK-wide, Remote-first (with occasional in-person meetings at a central location as required)
Salary: £30,000 base salary (£60,000 on-target earnings per year) with a heavily weighted commission structure allowing top performers to earn £100K+

We are passionate about fostering growth, and we are now seeking a driven and ambitious New Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team.
The Opportunity:We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive new business growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing contracts and handing over new clients to our Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients through various channels including outbound calls, emails, and networking events.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent prospect engagement and movement through the sales funnel.
* Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, assess client needs, and tailor proposals that align with client goals.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and secure agreements.
* Client Handover: Ensure seamless client handover by collaborating closely with the Account Management team.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports to inform strategic decisions.

What You’ll Need To Bring:
* Proven leadership experience in any sector, such as corporate, military, sporting, public service, or education, with a track record of motivating teams and achieving goals.
* A results-driven approach with a passion for personal and professional development.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Prior consultative sales experience is of course a benefit, however someone keen to transition into a sales role from an alternative leadership background is very interesting to us.
