Job Description: Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in High Performance Computing (HPC) part of the business where you will actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Contribute toward the technical direction and technical strategies within the organisation and for external customers. Start Date : August 2025 Location : Primarily remote position; however, occasional travel to client sites will be required What you’ll do : Assist in verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager. Work under supervision of technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Act professionally with the company customers. Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understand the company's strategy. Regularly contribute to the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer. Work on implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following work domains: networks, applications or platforms. Provide technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions. Collect and determine data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements. Respond to requests for technical information from customers. Contribute to the development of customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies. Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation. Contribute toward knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Encourages team members to support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project. Contributes knowledge to job family community. Proactively encourage membership and contributions of others to professional community. Contributes towards internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components and modules, etc. Presents at multi-customer technology conferences. Take a proactive approach to learning and developing new skills within and relevant to the domain. What you’ll need: Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 in any of the STEM subjects Up to 12 months of relevant experience Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment. Superior stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
