Job title: Principal Engineer - Pre-Operations

Salary: Circa £43,000
What you'll be doing:
* Responsible for managing members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopes.
* Scoping and delivering asset integration and pre-operational activities for major site and infrastructure projects.
* Developing integration strategies and through life management plans.
* Liaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project, and end user function.
* Responsible for the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems.
* Implementing post-handover asset management arrangements.
* Production and validation of working level instructions.
* Deriving and developing operations, maintenance and asset management strategies.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experience.
* An understanding of Asset Management principles.
* Experience working within asset integration, or pre-operations.
* Significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in managing scopes of work to challenging schedules.
* Experience in the production and validation of working level instructions.
Desirable:
* Experience or exposure of project transitions to operations.
* Basic understanding of asset management.
