Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will have the opportunity to influence key business strategies, drive high-impact projects, and foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.

As the QHSE & CI Manager, you will:

1. Champion QHSE Standards:
* Develop and implement cutting-edge quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
* Lead and conduct rigorous audits to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and legal requirements.
* Drive safety initiatives that set new industry benchmarks, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
* Inspire teams through engaging training sessions that enhance health, safety, and environmental awareness.
