Role Overview
As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll oversee daily subcontractor activities and ensure timely material supplies, collaborating closely with the Site Manager. You'll assist with planning, maintain safety standards, manage quality and support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labour & Sub-contractor Management: Ensure weekly planning, direct contractors and keep materials flowing.
2. Health & Safety: Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Sales & Customer Care: Work with the Sales Executive to manage customer options, resolve issues and ensure homes are ready for occupation.
4. Site Inspections & Waste Control: Coordinate inspections, manage waste and maintain high site presentation standards.
Requirements
1. Construction background with NVQ Site Supervision L4.
2. Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations and safety standards.
3. First Aid qualified and CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level.
