Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers in Bradford and surrounding areas.
Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strives to fulfill all of their clients' physical, mental, clinical, and non-clinical care needs.
Job Specifics:
You would be supporting a woman in her late 60s with community access/companionship. This client has an acquired brain injury and struggles with mood, fatigue, and memory issues. No personal care is required; you would just be needed to support her with going on walks, going shopping, and general social and community access.
Shift Pattern:
21 hours per week
3 days a week
7 hours per day
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as moving and handling
* At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
* Knowledge of complex care is desired
* Willingness to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
* All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
