Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator
Belfast (BT3)
Salary c.£30K – £32K DOE
We are pleased to be working with a leading publishing and events company who have an immediate need for a Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This will be a varied role covering various accounts and administration duties.
Key duties:
1. Credit control
2. Logging of sales orders
3. Generating sales reports
4. Invoicing
5. Banking
6. General office and administration duties
7. Support to Company Directors / Finance Manager as required
Eligibility criteria:
8. Recent experience in a Credit Control or similar position (minimum of 3 years).
9. Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages.
10. Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Strong & diligent work ethic with a good eye for detail.
13. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
14. Excellent team player skills.
15. Ability to work on own initiative.
