Office Manager – Bridlington

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Bridlington. This role is vital to the smooth administrative operation of both Vetfleece and Kozee Komforts, and we require a candidate with a strong background in office management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Please note: This is not an entry-level role or a suitable position for someone transitioning from care work, bar work, or other unrelated industries. We are specifically seeking someone local to Bridlington with prior office management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff for both Vetfleece and Kozee Komforts.
* Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
* Process orders from multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and trade channels.
* Manage budgeting and financial reporting across both companies.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
* Work within Microsoft Office 365, including updating planners.
* Utilise Sage 200 for financial and order processing tasks, including VAT filing.
* Maintain excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Sage 200.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Local candidates from Bridlington or the surrounding areas are preferred.
