Customer Technical Manager

Salary - £45,000-55,000

Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinating site technical standards.
2. Supporting and guiding the site TM, QA manager, QA team, and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.
3. Assisting internal departments in reviewing and revising their procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.
4. Communicating within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to the technical standards required by customers.
5. Coordinating and cascading any customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure ongoing internal compliance with customer requirements.
6. Ensuring technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems:
1. Specifications
2. Artwork
3. Customer complaints and quality queries
4. Product rejections.
7. Coordinating and communicating customer technical targets, priorities, and objectives; making them relevant to the business.
8. Identifying technical opportunities that would benefit the business and its customers, and implementing the related project work.
