As we continue to grow and expand in the UK and France, we are seeking atalented Management Accountant to join our dynamic team to make a significantimpact and drive our business forward.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this role is responsible for thepreparation of management accounts for all business segments, including our Managedpubs in the UK and France.
You will play a pivotal vital role in managing and optimizing thefinancial performance of our organization. Working closely with the financeteam, you will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing budgetsand forecasts, tax reporting, and providing strategic insights to supportdecision-making processes.

KeyAccountabilities:
1. Completionof the month-end and the timely and accurate production of Management Accountsincluding analysis on the performance variances to Budget, latest Forecast andPrior year.
2. BalanceSheet Reconciliations completed with the relevant supporting paperwork andcommentary.
3. Identifying process improvementsand opportunities for aligning UK & French processes.
4. Assisting the Group FinanceManager & Finance Business Partners with the budget, forecast and strategicplanning process.
5. Liaising with French externalaccountants for the completion of the various tax reporting.
6. Supporting work on the UK andFrench annual audit process.
7. Continuous review and monitoringof the incumbent processes within divisions.
8. Assess existing reportingprocesses; propose improvements for streamlining and efficiency.
9. Collaboratewith stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to perform ad hoc analysis tosupport business functions.
10. Workingclosely with the Assistant Management Accountant to ensure all necessaryjournal entries have been posted and reconciliations performed on a timelybasis across business segments.
Aboutyou:
11. Qualifiedwith minimum 1 year post qual experience in audit or industry, or finalist with4+ years of relevant industry experience.
12. AdvancedMicrosoft user, especially in Excel.
13. Ateam player who encourages and supports others to resolve issues in acollaborative manner.
14. Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
15. Detail-orientedwith a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
16. A “can do” attitude, excited about being a part of achanging and evolving culture with a teamwork mentality.
17. Able todemonstrate gravitas as a functional expert and be able to explain complexideas to Finance and Non-Finance colleagues.
18. Trackrecord of driving process improvements and delivering results.
