The Role:
This is a newly created role in a welcoming and wellbeing-led financial service practice. You will be joining to support a new financial advisor and assist other administrators/advisors when required. Day to day, your role will include:
* Scanning, filing, franking, and preparing post
* Answering calls, assisting, and taking messages
* Updating the internal ‘task management’ system
* Managing appointments and greeting visitors
* Preparing client letters and illustrations
* Requesting plan information and assisting in preparing for client meetings
* Online submissions of pension and investment applications
* Fund switch trading on investment platforms

What We’re Looking For:
We need 2 years of experience in a similar role. We can consider someone with only mortgage experience, but experience with investments and pensions would be advantageous. Attention to detail is vital, along with a customer and team-focused attitude. Professional email/letter writing as well as excellent IT skills are a must.
