Exciting Opportunity: JOB SHARE Band 7 Community Mental Health Acting Team Manager (6-9-Month Secondment) Wednesday (am) Thursday & Friday
We are thrilled to announce an exciting and new opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a 6-9 month secondment as a Band 7 Community Mental Health Acting Team Manager working for 2.5 days per week alongside one of our team leaders in a job share within one of our central Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs).
Main Duties of the Job
This role offers a chance to lead a committed and skilled team in delivering mental health services in the community. As a Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership, organisational, and compassionate care skills. You will play a vital role in supporting staff to deliver person-centred care while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will work in conjunction with the other manager half a day on a Wednesday and full days on Thursday and Friday.

Education/Qualifications
* Degree Level or equivalent experience and relevant core professional qualification (NMC, Social Work England or HCPC registered)
Experience
* Evidence of extensive professional clinical knowledge, skill and experience
* Evidence of management development through continuous professional development and/or formal management courses
Skills and Abilities
* Highly developed clinical professional skills relevant to area of work
* Proven ability to affect service change
