What You'll Do:
* Schedule & own preventive maintenance process at the site, including scheduling & reporting on completion and performance to plan.
* Review all work orders (WO) for completeness, quality, and resource requirements.
* Assist technicians during downtime events and machine overhauls as required.
* Order all parts needed for work order execution from the storeroom.
* Maintain excellent relationships with outside vendors.
* Stage all parts needed for upcoming work order execution in the staged area in the shop.
* Manage staged (in-progress and upcoming work) parts area in the shop.
* Move all work orders from entered to ready to schedule status in the plant maintenance software.
* Order specialty, non-stocked, parts for work orders as required.
* Develop SOP’s for maintenance activities in the plant.
* Coach and guide employees through WO creation in the CMMS program.
What You'll Bring:
* High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, certification, or higher within a technical field preferred.
* 2-5 years of high-speed manufacturing experience in a similar role; preferred 2+ years of experience in beverage or packaging.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work while multitasking, excellent use of computer and software skills such as MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams, repair variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
* Forklift experience is a plus (certification not required).
* Deliver on commitments and take ownership.
* Ability to flex time and connect with team members on different shifts to build relationships and ensure smooth operations.
