We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on and friendly Bartender who has an exceptional eye for detail and is passionate about drinks and mixology to join our team. You’ll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for bringing the cocktail menu to life for our guests. The Role As Bartender, you’ll be friendly and welcoming and motivated to build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of bar operations, a real passion for cocktails and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits. You will also: Set up the bar, creating pre-batches, and preparing garnishes. Upholding the highest of customer service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to. Proactively researching new products and stay up to date with industry trends to elevate our beverage offerings. Collaborating with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the bar, maintaining impeccable facilities standards. Promptly addressing guest comments, inquiries, and feedback to ensure their satisfaction. Demonstrating ambition in meeting both personal and departmental goals. Contributing to the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and surrounding areas. Conducting work in a cost-efficient manner, consistently seeking opportunities to maximize profit. The Ideal Bartender: We are seeking a Bartender who embodies a genuine passion for service and possesses an in-depth knowledge of beverages and current trends. The ideal candidate will have: The innate ability to engage and connect with people, coupled with a creative and forward-thinking approach; Work well in fast pased environments; A demonstrated commitment to maintaining high levels of enthusiasm and dedication to every task; Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and delegate tasks effectively to colleagues to ensure smooth operations, particularly during peak hours; A proven track record of success in high-volume bars or similar upscale hospitality environments.
