In this Role, youll get to:
1. Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks
2. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for the new and existing hotels
3. Co-ordinate the merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions
4. Prepare business review reports as necessary
5. Evaluate production and determine the follow-up action
6. Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc. Participate in market and competition research
7. Assist in activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage the supplier accounts
8. Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site
9. Support the team with the maintenance of relationships with local hotel partners, and coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned project
What you'll Need to Succeed
10. Energetic and enthusiast with a real desire to grow and learn
11. Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination or revenue/yield management would be an advantage
12. Legally authorized to work in Turkey
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
14. Dynamic, positive, and a good team player
15. Ability to work independently
16. Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
17. Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is a valuable asset, but we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a positive and results-oriented attitude
18. Detail oriented and fast learning capability
