As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ongoing success, utilising a variety of tools and AI, and supporting in managing a diverse client portfolio of both eCommerce and Lead Generation clients. This role can serve as a stepping stone, with the potential to progress into a Paid Media Team Leader position, paving the way for further advancement as either a Paid Media Manager or a Paid Media Strategist - depending on your chosen path. There would also be opportunities to manage or learn to manage Paid Social clients in this role. Key responsibilities: Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword, audience and competitor research to justify decision making Taking ownership of existing campaigns and making and implementing recommendations on how to optimise them Act as a lead for clients you are assigned, being the main point of contact and aligning departments to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions, and utilising analytics tools to support you (ie Google Analytics 4) Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and ROI Writing engaging copy for adverts Delivering top-quality account management services and building rapport with clients Work closely with other departments (SEO, Social Media etc), to align Paid Media strategies with broader marketing initiatives Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns, and presenting internally and to clients regularly Auditing prospective clients’ accounts and delivering data-driven and insightful recommendations to improve performance Supporting strategists with evidence to make decisions involving seasonal impacts, strategy, research and budget alignments Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid Media team Providing training sessions for the department and the wider agency Reviewing and making recommendations to optimise product feeds Key skills required: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Thorough understanding of conversion tracking Capability to implement effective PPC strategies aligned with overall business goals Ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data and market trends Strong ability to create compelling and engaging ad copy that resonates with the target audience Skill in managing PPC budgets effectively to maximise ROI Knowledge of cost-per-click (CPC) bidding strategies and budget allocation Experience in conducting A/B tests and experiments to refine and improve campaign performance Ability to interpret test results and implement changes accordingly Effective communication skills to convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to provide clear and concise reports to clients and internal teams Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships Understanding of client goals and the ability to align PPC strategies with their business objectives Ability to adapt to changes in algorithms, industry trends, and platform updates Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in PPC and digital marketing Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during campaign management Proactive identification of opportunities for improvement Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as SEO, Social Media, and other departments, to align strategies and achieve holistic marketing goals Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite of software and tools Advantageous if had an understanding or experience in Paid Social or Programmatic, but not essential Advantageous to be able to forecast, but not essential Benefits: 28 days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays Hybrid working model Central Brighton location Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and sick pay Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) supporting health and wellbeing Scottish Widows pension Personal Development plan with biannual reviews and objective setting Annual pay review Office Closed between Christmas and New Year Eye test voucher Regular employee training sessions and team building activities Referral Bonus for introducing new employees Regular company socials Christmas and Summer company parties Amazon voucher on your birthday Local artisan coffee, weekly fruit delivery, cakes and treats Spacious modern office space with break out areas to relax, including pool, ping pong table and darts Organic promotions (we promote from within)
