We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Holiday Inn Bristol Filton. This 211 bedroom hotel is going through an extensive refurbishment project elevating our facilities to modern standards, featuring stylish and comfortable rooms, upgraded amenities, and enhanced public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and leisure club.
2. Drive commercial performance by identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and maximise opportunities.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
5. Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
6. Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.
7. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience, with at least 2 years service, as a Hotel Operations Manager.
2. Demonstrated success in managing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
3. Experience in driving commercial performance and increasing revenue and profitability.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management.
