Job Description
IT Support Analyst required by our client who are a global events management company, with well-established and leading trade shows and conferences across the world, with 30,000 + participants per year!
The IT Support Analyst role will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their event management system, including, managing stakeholder communications, resolving bugs, overseeing system administration tasks, and coordinating feature go-lives.
For this IT Support Analyst role, your key responsibilities will be:
* Managing a ticketing system to provide day-to-day IT support for the software platform, resolving bugs and managing configurations.
* Escalate and collaborate with stakeholders and Technical Account Managers to resolve issues.
* Handle user access, permissions, and system administration tasks.
* Analysing and collating data for reporting
* Working with the Product team to coordinate feature launches and testing before go-live.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in an IT Support role in a helpdesk/service desk environment via a ticketing system.
* Good understanding of user access and permissions, such as, Active Directory/Entra ID.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, good understanding of Data.
* Ideally, experience in IT Support for software application systems, but not a must.

They can offer this IT Support Analyst role a salary of up to £30,000 with great benefits, including flexible working, AND the opportunity to travel abroad to their events! The position is hybrid working with 3 days in their office in Brighton.
