Brightwork Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced client in Falkirk on a temporary ongoing basis with immediate start available. This role is based full time on site working Monday to Friday, business hours. The successful candidate will join the team and assist in key administrative tasks across the site. Duties will include: - Assisting with a high volume of requests/enquiries coming into the team via email and calls. - Accurately processing and uploading sensitive information onto internal databases whilst maintaining compliance standards. - Producing reports as required - Keeping on top of busy workload, prioritising tasks, and working to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will: - Have previous experience working in a high-speed administrative role. - Strong MS Office skills - Ability to pick up new systems with ease. - Have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
