Working in our Relationship Management team, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of our business, focused on our TPA and Broker networks operating in the world’s largest insurance markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that the insurance companies and all relevant TPA’s and Brokers are using the platform optimally, you will drive wider adoption of the platform and identify cross-selling opportunities. This will ensure our customers’ experience is market leading and that we can meet our ambitious growth targets. RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship management of a portfolio of c.40 insurance customers and platform users – developing and owning the relationship to develop strategic partnerships with our insurance portfolio. Adopt a value-based approach: demonstrate the value of our capabilities to influence decision-makers, internal and external, through informed and constructive conversations such as; product developments, service levels, managing client expectations, strategic planning and growth targets. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure all customer requirements/needs can be satisfied in an efficient and timely manner. Leveraging industry expertise and client feedback improve our insurance proposition and inform our product strategy. Work closely with Client Service, Operations and Product Teams to create more value for our existing client base. Maintain an accurate database of customer information through effective CRM management (Salesforce.com). Drive the adoption of FCP (Faster Claims Payments) across the Lloyd’s market Brokers & TPA’s. Enabling adoption through a programme of education and support to market participants as a significant digital transformation programme. Analyse data to identify payment patterns and ways to optimise the payment flows, enhancing the Vitesse experience. Support and lead on discovery discussions to business cases across Vitesse product suite, using feedback and customer experience to identify and prioritise changes/platform and process improvements across our platform user estate. Support and guide other members of the team in their learning and development. Support the head of the team in key business initiatives and forums Requirements 2-4 years' experience in a similar or related role in sales or account management with a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio through consultative sales and relationship building. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce for effective client management. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. A can-do attitude and to be able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively. Ideally with experience in the Insurance industry and/or global banking and payments infrastructures, but not essential.
