The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our business and strengthening client relationships across London and the home counties.
You will be responsible for driving new business while maintaining strong connections with existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pro-active and re-active Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and hospitality sectors.
* Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
* Industry Knowledge: Use your understanding of coffee solutions and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Work closely with teams in both London and Surrey, with occasional travel to Head Office for team meetings & training sessions.
About You:
* Experience: Proven track record in proactive B2B sales, ideally within the coffee or hospitality industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiar with coffee machines, services, and client expectations in the corporate and hospitality spaces.
* Relationship Builder: Skilled in consultative selling and committed to building long-term client relationships.
* Self-Motivated: Driven by targets, with a resilient and positive attitude towards challenges.
* Location: London-based, with the ability to travel to Surrey as needed.
