This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a thriving in-house commercial property team. In this role, you will work, with supervision, to provide commercial property legal advice and assistance to the NHS bodies in Wales. The advice will range from providing legal updates, general ad hoc queries, occupational leases, and large-scale development projects. Our ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in advising on a wide range of commercial property matters and a keen interest to develop and grow their expertise.
Skills
You will have a passion for public service, good communication skills, a confident approach to work, and a drive to progress. You will also demonstrate our core values, being:
* Listening and Learning;
* Working Together;
* Taking Responsibility;
* Innovating.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, but Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

We have a comprehensive benefits package where there is something for everyone, supporting health, engagement, and wellbeing, which includes an Employee Assistance Programme. We have over 30 Mental Health First Aiders and work in partnership with local and national organisations to ensure the well-being and resilience of our people.
