Our client, a leading brand experience and experiential marketing agency, is currently seeking a talented Senior Field Sales Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team! They specialise in crafting immersive brand activations that connect brands with people, yielding amazing results.
About The Job:
As a Senior Field Sales Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in ensuring the flawless setup of installations and events for our client's exciting campaigns. From simple stands in supermarkets to complex exhibitions at festivals, you will have a hand in it all! Supported by the Field Support Manager, your responsibilities will include timely delivery of equipment, repairs/maintenance, and setup/pull-down of installations on site. You will also develop close relationships with stakeholders across the Campaign Management and Logistics departments. As part of their team, you will be based in Bedford, and have the opportunity to travel to client sites and event locations nationwide.
You will work 40 hours per week requiring flexibility as events and promotions dictate. This may occasionally include early starts, later finishes or weekend work. You will hold a full driving license.

Essential Accountabilities:
Pick, load, and drive event assets to and from events according to schedule
Setup and de-rig exhibition and event assets, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
Communicate and update key stakeholders, including Campaign Managers and the Field Support team
Troubleshoot problems and find solutions in a timely manner
Coach and mentor more junior team members
Deputise for Field Operations Managers as needed
Assist with deliveries, collections, and warehouse tasks
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
Experience/understanding of on-site events and experiential activations
Excellent team working, planning, and organising skills
Able to lift/move heavy packages
Practical trade skills and proficiency in hand-held and electrical tools
Clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and site contacts
Flexibility with hours, including weekends and unsociable hours
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
Possession of a full clean driving licence
