Helpdesk/Customer Service Administrator
East Renfrewshire

Iconic Resourcing are excited to be partnering with a growing renewables business based in East Renfrewshire who are seeking two experienced administrators to join their team on a full time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient installation of insulation systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and targets. You will liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and logistics teams, while working closely with other internal departments to maintain workflow and service delivery. The role involves managing customer communication throughout the installation process, ensuring all work is correctly documented, and databases are regularly updated. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards are met, helping the company to stay compliant with governing bodies. Day to day you will be taking inbound calls, speaking with customers, coordinating field staff and booking appointments on behalf of customers.
We are looking to hear from candidates with the following:
* At least two years of administrative experience, preferably within the insulation or construction sector (or similar where you are dealing with field staff).
* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
* Experience working in a busy office whilst answering phones.
