Your Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple multi-room projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects across the Midlands, ensuring seamless execution from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones and budgets are met. Champion health, safety, and quality assurance across all sites. Identify and mitigate project risks while maximising opportunities for value engineering. Manage and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Report regularly on project progress, financials, and strategic objectives. What they’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, ideally (not essential) with multi-room or high-rise residential projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A track record of delivering projects to the highest quality and safety standards. Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset. A proactive problem-solver with excellent negotiation skills. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, Degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
