This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to join the team!
Working within the vibrant lettings head office in Richmond, you’ll be sat alongside property managers, client services, client accounts, and renewals teams. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment which will provide a great opportunity for you to reach your full potential, benefiting the lettings journey for landlords and tenants.
This role involves developing excellent working relationships with both your front office counterparts and the other head office support teams to provide an efficient, professional, and seamless service for landlords and tenants. As a Tenancy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the process from when an offer is received through to getting contracts signed.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Producing accurate tenancy documentation to deadlines
2. Efficient, timely, and professional communication with clients, applicants, and tenants
3. Proactive working relationship with your front office colleagues
4. Processing reference applications for tenants
5. Ensuring ID checks are in place
6. Preparing completion document packages
7. Complying with the company’s Code of Conduct and Policies and all lettings legislation
8. Prioritising work to meet all deadlines set by the department and offices
9. Collaborating in team & office presentations, supporting the visibility of the department
10. Keeping systems/property records up to date
11. Maximising all cross-selling opportunities
12. Ensuring all documentation is in place for tenancy commencement
Personal specification:
1. Previous property administration experience
2. Excellent customer service, organisational, and communication skills
3. Confidence to deal with a diverse range of tenants and landlords both verbally and in writing
4. The ability to be self-motivated and prioritise tasks to complete workload to deadlines
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Ability to process a large workload quickly and accurately
7. IT literate
The salary on offer for this role will be £30,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.
You will have the opportunity to work one day per week from home after probation.
