As part of our continued growth we have an exciting opportunities available for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Wrexham. Requirements: Previous experience in a Sales and/or Customer Services role. Great communication skills, good level of computer skills, confidence, resilient and be someone who is friendly, helpful and has an engaging personality. If you are a can-do individual with a passion for sales & customer service, you will fit in well with us The Role: Your duties will primarily be telephone based; receiving calls from prospective customers, taking all relevant information, taking orders and providing quotations and securing sale of AXB group products, such as slush machines, syrup etc. Customers will need to be advised of product details, you will take payments for order, deal with online enquiries and contact customers that have requested call-backs. Successful candidates will be given full training on our products and how to use the computer system. You will be trained in the frozen drinks industry and will learn sales techniques to help place and secure business. Previous sales experience is not necessary but is a big advantage,you will have good communication skills that could translate to a confident and friendly telephone manner are essential for this position. Your daily duties could include: You will be working as part of a team and you will be supported by your Team Manager. Meet the minimum required SLA (Service level agreements ) benchmark set out from your TMs Call rating criteria is essential You must strive to improve in all areas call taking You must show a desire to learn and understand product knowledge. You will be required to up sell and cross sell suitable products and extra benefits. You will be required to maintain and improve average order value of orders. You will be part of a fast moving environment so organisation and communication is key to your success, ensure your referrals are efficient and notes are clear and concise. You will be responsible for hitting targets for renewing policies, this will involve making outbound calls to follow up leads, using appropriate methods to attain closure and achieving performance targets. You will be helping customer though their journey, more often than not you will be their first impression of the company after the sale last year so it is important you provide great service to the customer. You will be working as part of a team so fully acquaint yourself with other members of the team in a professional manner.
