Customer Success Executive Location: Northern Ireland Salary: Up to £30,000 plus bonus I’m currently working with a fast-growing, innovative company that’s looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. The Role: Manage and nurture relationships with multiple B2B accounts, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer relationships. Negotiate impactful contracts and secure new product opportunities. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events (some UK travel required). Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate customer needs and drive growth. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support. Monitor and report on key business activities, sharing insights with customers and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing, account management role (ideally in tech, consulting, insurance, financial services, or utilities). ✅ A confident and empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. ✅ A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships. ✅ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office ✅ A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts. ✅ Superb written and verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
