I’m currently working with a fast-growing, innovative company that’s looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
The Role:
🔹 Manage and nurture relationships with multiple B2B accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
🔹 Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer relationships.
🔹 Negotiate impactful contracts and secure new product opportunities.
🔹 Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events (some UK travel required).
🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate customer needs and drive growth.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
🔹 Monitor and report on key business activities, sharing insights with customers and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing, account management role (ideally in tech, consulting, insurance, financial services, or utilities).
✅ A confident and empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
✅ A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
✅ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
✅ A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
✅ Superb written and verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
