Job Description We are delighted to be working with our Scottish Law Firm client, to recruit an experienced Wealth Administrator, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to join their team based in Glasgow .
You should have a strong understanding of compliance requirements, proven experience and knowledge of the investment process, and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial plans, recommendations, and investment details
Ensuring all client documentation and processes adhere to relevant financial regulations and industry standards
Supporting the onboarding of new clients and processing new business requests, such as opening accounts and setting up investments
Managing investment accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Responding to client inquiries, providing updates on their accounts, and assisting with general administrative tasks
Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports, and providing support for ongoing client reviews
Conducting research on investment products and providers, and analysing client portfolios to identify potential investment opportunities
