The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability. Together with KDN, KPMG member firms can drive the sales and delivery of global solutions at a competitive price and in a repeatable and consistent manner. You’ll be enabling KDN to accelerate new ways of working, using cutting-edge technology and working together with our member firms located in nearly 150 countries to help us achieve our ambition to be the most trusted and trustworthy professional services firm. Through your work, you’ll build a global network and unlock opportunities that you may not have thought possible with access to great support, vast resources, and an inclusive, supportive environment to help you reach your full potential.
Role Summary
This high-impact leadership position will shape the future of KDN's delivery operations, driving transformative outcomes on a global scale. The Director will lead complex transactions through deal, transition, and transformation phases, ensuring successful delivery across strategic initiatives. Reporting to KDN's Head of Transformation, this role demands a seasoned leader capable of operating in highly political environments while managing diverse stakeholders. If you thrive in complex, dynamic environments and excel in delivering ambitious programs, this role offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and leadership. With extensive experience in setting up delivery centers, integrating operations, and leading end-to-end transformations, you will be instrumental in achieving KDN’s ambitious goals. The successful candidate will be on-site (international location) most of the time, especially during the initial phases, to drive alignment and execution.
How you will make your mark
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Drive the full lifecycle of deals from due diligence through transition and transformation phases.
o Develop and implement comprehensive delivery strategies aligned with KDN’s business objectives.
o Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth integration of systems, processes, and resources.
2. Program Delivery and Execution:

o Manage timelines, budgets, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams to achieve program objectives.
3. Stakeholder and Change Management:
o Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on program goals and execution plans.
o Navigate complex political landscapes, addressing competing priorities while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
o Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support teams during transitions.
4. Governance and Performance Management:
o Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies.
o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
o Conduct post-transition reviews to drive continuous improvement and identify lessons learned.
This is the job for you if you have
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs, including deal, transition, and integration phases.
3. Deep expertise in setting up and operationalising delivery centers across multiple geographies.
4. Strong background in managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and significant budgets.
5. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment in politically sensitive environments.

At KDN, we recognise that we need Inclusion, Diversity and Equality to be successful. We want to attract, retain and develop diverse talent at all levels. This means recruiting from the widest possible pool of talent, removing barriers that can prevent our people from reaching their full potential, and fostering a fully inclusive environment which maximises collaboration and empowers everyone at KPMG to bring their whole selves to work. We encourage authenticity, honor individual priorities, and respect your choices.
This role is offered as a 24 month working arrangement to KPMG Delivery Network.
