PPC Manager – Full-Time, Permanent / Liverpool / Huge career progression opportunity
A growing e-commerce retail business is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and drive the strategy for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.
Location: Liverpool (100% office-based)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google, Bing, and Criteo (paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video).
2. Strategically oversee the PPC marketing budget across all markets.
3. Implement and optimise campaigns across multiple regions, tailoring strategies to different market dynamics.
4. Review and optimise campaigns to enhance ROAS and other key performance indicators.
5. Analyse performance data to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, applying best practices for continuous improvement.
7. Conduct A/B testing and ad performance experiments.
8. Identify new PPC opportunities and provide actionable insights to the business.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years’ experience managing PPC channels in a fast-paced, in-house environment.
2. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
3. Proven experience managing large PPC budgets.
4. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Experience managing campaigns across UK and EU markets.
6. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and PPC integrations.
