About the Role:
1. Work with your management team to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers.
2. Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and want to return.
3. Inspire customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion.
4. Be an ambassador for the brand on the shop floor, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
5. Handle deliveries efficiently, including early morning preparations before store opening at 7am.
About You
Everyone makes New Look the incredible place it is, and together we're unstoppable. You express your style confidently, with an eye for trends, and champion our customers to do the same.
You are passionate about service, creating a relaxed, friendly, customer-focused experience. You seek personal development through our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.
