Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager on behalf of our client based in Harlow, Essex.
The Role:
You will be supporting the CEO with a wide range of administrative/PA tasks and running a small team of 3 staff.
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
* Some staff management experience is ideal
* IT Proficient: MS Office, Excel. In-house system used is Merlin (similar to Sage) and training can be given
* Ability to work well at pace and to deadlines
* Team player and multi-tasker
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Main Tasks to Include:
* Dealing with customers on the phone, via email or face to face with a wide range of queries to include booking in vehicles for servicing
* Admin tasks such as ensuring vehicle insurance paperwork is all up to date
* Managing 3 staff and helping them out when busy with credit control, supplier payments and other general admin
* All other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the office
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Half hour lunch) or 9 am to 5.30 pm (One hour lunch)
Salary: £35,000 pa to £37,000 pa + Pension + Free Parking + Staff Discounts on Products!
